Finished with shellac applied by pad using a museum-standard technique. A ingenious mobile mechanism allows the extraction of the front "revealing" the secret compartment with drawers and sliding top. The top opens like a book and is veneered in block mahogany also on the lower part. Decorative details and brass inserts, as also used in David Roetgen's furniture. French polished with shellac with a museum standard finish on the original patina and absolute integrity. Measures cm. 94 wide, 46.5 deep when closed (93 the top open like a book), 81 high.
