The Madonna holds the Baby Jesus in her arms, flanked by the young Saint John the Baptist, who observes the scene with devotion. The relief is made with great attention to detail, highlighting the expressions and clothing of the subjects, probably made through a minting process that allowed to obtain the subtle details and visible nuances.
