One of the most beautiful oriental carpets of the past, dating back to the Persian Pahlavi dynasty, and woven for the most important houses in the world. There's another trend now, but I believe that a carpet like this can fit very well in a modern and linear environment, perhaps a light one. Nothing else is needed in the decor.
