Description:
Two-door Tyrolean painted wardrobe, entirely painted in light blue. The upper cornice is gently shaped and the doors follow the same curvature. On the latter are depicted rich cups of flowers, containing roses, tulips, carnations, primroses, and bellflowers, and the typical Tyrolean hearts wrapped in a floral garland with apotropaic symbols. Ramages and floral decorations are present on the entire surface and on the flutings.
Inside, the wardrobe offers ample space, which can be customized with the addition of shelves and/or a clothes rail.
Information on restoration
Our laboratory guarantees the conservative restoration of each piece of furniture in respect of its integrity. Each piece of furniture is treated to ensure solidity and hygiene.
In particular, the following are carried out:
- structural restoration
- careful anti-woodworm treatment
- cleaning and sanitization of the interiors
- external finish with natural beeswax
- internal finish with shellac (natural alcohol-based varnish)
On request, we can agree on the desired degree of restoration and the personalization of the internal arrangement (clothes rails, shelves, etc...).
