Interesting chest entirely made of dark walnut wood produced at the end of the 16th century in the Lombard-Venetian area. The small piece of furniture has a front excellently carved with lozenges and various orders of intricately carved frames of floral volutes and other decorative motifs framing the noble coat of arms in the center. The top is a single board and the base is grooved around the entire perimeter of the furniture, while the simple sides retain the handles of the time. Unfortunately, over time, as often happens, the feet have been lost and others subsequently mounted. The dimensions of the chest are: 129cm length x 48cm height x 51.5 cm depth. In good condition. A certificate of authenticity in accordance with the law is attached to the sale of this piece of furniture.
