Carpet from the Persian Ghashghai nomads, typical for its polychrome squares in pleasant pastel colors (including green, so rare), completed with small figures. It is a carpet entirely in wool, including warp and weft, typical of nomadic work where cotton is scarce and expensive. It is one of the carpets from my private collection: now for sale.
