Set of 4 hexagonal majolica plates, 'Imari' decoration, Antonibon manufacture, 18th century.
The glaze is slightly bluish and the decoration features a pattern of oriental villages and stylized flowers, imitating the Japanese Imari palette.
A broth bowl with the same decoration was exhibited in 1990 at the exhibition "The Tiepolos and the 18th century in Vicenza" in Vicenza, Montecchio Maggiore, and Bassano del Grappa and published by G.
