Barometer, Origin France, gilt wood, 1833 Beautiful and elegant oval giltwood barometer, molded and carved. The frame is decorated with friezes of water leaves and strings of pearls. It is surmounted by a decorative pediment. There is a leaf decoration on the lower and side parts. In the lower part it bears an inscription and date 1833. The barometer would need an overhaul and arrangement for proper functioning. Measurements: H 65 x W 47 x D 5 cm.
