Bossoli created grandiose panoramas of the major European and Italian cities, urban views, translated into engravings and lithographs, printed in Italy and London, on official commissions, such as that of the Savoy government, the views of the newly inaugurated Turin-Genoa railway, "Views on the Railway Between Turin and Genoa". 15 chromolithographs were made.
