Description:
Elegant round sugar bowl (cm.Ø13; h. cm.10) with hinged lid (photo n°6), made of silver in the second half of the 1900s by the Palermo silversmith Eugenio Stancampiano (Pa 39). 10 cm high, the base measures cm.Ø9 and the body cm.Ø13: in the handle we find two flowers made with the lost wax technique (photo n°2). Hallmarked 800 inside the oval, we can date it 1968/1970 as the rhombus in 1968 was modified into a polygon where we will find the number of the manufacturer (in this case n°39) preceded by a star, followed by the initials of the province (in this case Pa). Perfect state of preservation: 312 grams.
