Sardinia. Chest in chestnut wood (?) carved on the front. Datable to at least the 18th century. The geometric motifs of the carving, the lozenges and the rosettes are the same ones found on fabrics and utensils in respect of island tradition. Modified in the 1950s, it has two doors on the sides that hide convenient drawers for linen. A compartment under the top that lifts up. Two rustic crosspieces that serve as support feet, which are not original, are preserved. Dimensions cm 160x62, height 91.
