Description: French Louis XIV small chest of drawers in green lacquered wood with inserts of polychrome paintings. The front has two drawers bearing a central medallion with a gallant scene in the center. The sides have a convex shape with an accentuated recess and show a design depicting a basket with flowers. The two feet have a curvilinear trend and end with skillfully chiseled bronze socks. The two drawers are removable by means of gilded copper handles bearing the date 1693.
