Restored Empire console in mahogany veneer from 19th-century France. Dimensions: L 114x53xH92 cm

Beautiful Empire-style console in mahogany veneer with solid columns and gilded bronze details, dating back to mid-19th century and of French origin.
The console is completely original and DOES NOT REQUIRE RESTORATION (see photos). The polishing was done with shellac using the "wick" technique.
The console's top is made of "Belgian black" marble with no breaks. The bronzes on the columns are original and have only been cleaned to preserve their patina.
The veneer is made of Cuban mahogany feather.
