English Fish Cutlery Set 1855

Fine fish cutlery set consisting of a knife and fork in 925 sterling silver, manufactured in England in 1855. The asymmetrical and curved blade and the tines are finely pierced and decorated with a floral motif and hand-engraved leaves; the handle is a very simple model. The presentation box is original and is lined inside with blue velvet and satin. The item is in good condition, and the box shows signs of wear attributable to its age.
