PASCUTTI ANTONIO (Trieste 1832 - Venice 1892)
He began his career as a decorator, living and working in France in the 1860s. Then, thanks to the financial support of his fellow citizens P. Revoltella and C. Rittmeyer, he was able to attend the Academy of Fine Arts in Venice, where he was awarded in 1870. He was essentially a genre painter and preferred the depiction of interior scenes, often set in the eighteenth century.
