Elegant example of a Sarough, one of the finest Persian carpets, featuring a "garden" design: placed in the entrance, it gently invites you to enter, as if into a real garden; in fact, it is called the "Garden of Eden". It dates back to the Pahlavi dynasty, the dynasty of the last Shah.
The border is a soft green, which is rather unusual in Persian carpets.
The sturdy and perfect knotting withstands continuous traffic. To clean it, do not use a vacuum cleaner: a broom is better.
As you can see, the price is attractive: due to business closure.
