This quick rural glimpse, valued at 150 lire both in the exhibition-sale at the Studio Quadrone and in the Posthuma and on the loan receipt 045 of November 26, 1899,
n. 169, in the latter and in the catalog is defined as «oil study»: evidently of the light effects in the scenography in which the subject of the painting «A stop (Sardinia)» develops (see n. 491).
