Polychrome wooden sculpture on Swiss pine from the early 1700s, Baroque period, depicting Saint Elizabeth with John the Baptist.
The polychromy is very refined, with a mantle in water-gilded gold leaf and dragon's blood (red) meccatura. The dress is lacquered green.
