Portrait of a Gentleman 1800 of rectangular format, skillfully painted in watercolor on paper depicting the portrait of a noble gentleman in a three-quarter view. The miniature has a modern frame and requires two small touch-ups on the right-middle side and top left, as visible in the photo. Of probably English origin, it dates back to the first half of the 1800s. On the back of the frame, on the lining, we find the label J.H.
