Very rare pair of goblets from the early period of the Biedermeier era. Northern Bohemia, city of Neuwelt (Novy Svet), circa 1830. Made of rose-colored cast crystal (Weinglas- Rosalinové Sklo) with refined gilding. In excellent condition. Height 12.5 cm, width 9.8 cm. Literature: Passauer Glasmuseum - Bohmisches Glas ref. page 139 (a goblet similar to the one in the Passau museum, Germany, inv. n. 65/491). Olga Drahotova - Ceské sklo.
