Long Fine KASHKAI or GASHGAI Kilim - n. 610 -

Rare example of Gashgai Kilim rugs coming from the center of Iran but with strong Caucasian influences (from which these nomads come). This specimen is part of my private collection and only now I am trying to detach myself from it little by little, even if it is difficult... I find these thin polychrome lines simply fascinating.
