An inlaid piece of furniture of particular refinement from the Venetian area, entirely in walnut and walnut burl, with the classic front with two panels between three inlaid pilasters and three butterfly legs below from the late Renaissance period. This type, which distinguishes the highest level production of the Venetian and Veronese area, also includes, as in our case, the inlaid pilaster with the central leg below. In the most important creations like this one, refined inlaid decorations embellish the front. The extremely elegant piece of furniture has a front inlaid with racemes and floral medallions with maple inlays. The three corbel feet supporting the base of the pilasters are sculpted and carved. The chest is complete with a working lock, original hinges and key.
The furniture is in excellent condition and with an original patina.
