Small old SAROUGH Persian carpet - n. 288 -

One of the most beautiful Persian carpets: elegant, beautiful colors, well-balanced richness of decorations, perfection in execution. Its weavers were world-famous during the time of Shah Pahlavi. Now I don't know: I haven't bought new carpets since the Islamic revolution for various reasons. This specimen has been in my private collection since the late 1960s, so for the price I will base it on my purchase (60 years ago). Measurements: cm. 156 x 107 -
