Rare antique Caucasian SHIRVAN rug from a private collection: in perfect condition despite dating back to the second half of the 19th century. Remember that the age of rugs is not comparable to that of furniture, but collectors already know this. The geometric decoration is perfect, textbook-like: check the similar example on the Pap or James Opi rug. (personal ref. 605).
