Front part of an antique Shahsavan "mafrash," very interesting for a collector. It is antique, highly decorated (and decorative), and denotes remarkable skill by the artisan who wove it: usually a girl for her own wedding trousseau. Woven in the mountains of the Caucasus.
It can be hung as a decoration or simply placed on furniture or the back of an armchair. Upon request, I can make it into an unusual cushion.
It was part of a private collection.
