Pair of small Persian AFSHAR rugs - Pahlavi period - nr. 481-482 -

Rare pair of small rugs from the Persian nomadic AFSHAR people, Shah Pahlavi period. They were used hung, as a backrest when sitting on the floor, as was customary. Beautifully placed under two small tables or two vases or as a "concept" for bedside rugs. ref. nr. 481-482.
