SOLD - Two-door safe, Lombardy, 16th century

Structure made of walnut with very thick planks covered with wrought iron sheets fixed to the structure by cusp-headed studs. Each door is supported by three iron hinges. The left door is locked, when closed, by the original spring iron placed under the lowest shelf, and is further restrained by two safety hooks placed on the base and top. Three locking locks, two of which are also defended by a secret movement that guarantees inaccessibility.
