SILVER GLASS, ENGRAVED, NIELLO DECORATED, MOSCOW 1860

Silver glass, with niello work in a gilded bath, featuring centered images of palaces, spires, and city walls. Foliate motifs in arabesques on a finely bush-hammered background. Hallmarks: Moscow 1860, Vasilii Semenov who worked in Moscow with Sazikov at the imperial court. Measures 6.2 cm in height.
