World War I sculpture

Interesting sculpture depicting a man throwing a grenade. A sculpture of great lines and great strength. Probably a trench work, given that it was made of larch wood. Wood that is usually not used for sculptures. Structure and patina are exceptional, lived-in. Height 62 cm
