T/3635 - Rug made in Malayer (West-Central Iran) during the second half of the 19th century, on cotton warps and wefts and wool pile. Bearing a revisitation of the famous "Heraty" motif, typical of artifacts from the area, this specimen is particularly special for its size, "Kelley", characterized by a ratio between length and width greater than 2:1.
