Beautiful painting, likely a sketch for a fresco, depicting "Flora" framed in a splendid four-tiered Salvator Rosa frame. On the back of the frame there is an old inscription: Sketch for a Flora work by Pittoni. The painting, from the Venetian school of the late 17th century, is attributable to Marco Liberi (Venice 1644 approx. - after 1691), son of Pietro Liberi, a painter who influenced many painters of the time.
