Oil on panel of beautiful proportions and excellent pictorial rendering, bearing the signature "G. Romani" in the lower right in red oil, and on the back in pencil.
Tuscan genre painter, born in Livorno in 1900 and died in Florence in 1972, maintaining freshness and speed of execution in all his works. This particular one comes from the "Guido Marangoni" Collection in Milan, closed for more than 70 years and only recently opened by his great-grandchildren.
