Delightful and solid egoist set made in Florence in the mid-20th century (1944/1955) in 800 silver and composed of 3 pieces: coffee pot, milk jug, and sugar bowl. Marked on the bottom with the silversmith's mark: Peruzzi, silver 800, Florence (photo No. 10). On the outer edge we find the 800 mark inside the oval and the hexagonal lozenge containing the silversmith's identification number with the initials of the province code (Fi): this hallmark, that is, the hexagonal lozenge without the symbol of the fasces placed centrally, was used from 1944 to 1968. The measurements of the set are as follows: the base of the coffee pot cm. Ø6, the body cm. Ø8, from the moving rosewood handle (photo No. 4) finished at the ends by cornucopias with florets made by casting, to the moving spout decorated with foliated elements (photo No. 3) cm.17, height cm.20, 409 grams. Sugar bowl with lid with acorn-shaped grip (photo No. 5) and handles made by casting (photo No. 9): base cm. Ø5, body cm. Ø8, from handle to handle cm.11, h. cm.13, 259 grams. Milk jug: base cm. Ø5, body cm. Ø8, from handle to spout cm. 13, h. to the spout cm. 12, to the handle cm. 14 (gr. 217). Perfect state of preservation: the set weighs a total of 880 grams.
